The Runner’s Nutrition Method

The Runner’s Nutrition Method is a 3-month specialized 1:1 nutrition coaching program for marathoners to reach peak performance. We’ll go through three phases together:

  1. Foundation & Assessment: We begin with a diet analysis to identify fueling gaps and ensure a balanced, tailored approach. We’ll establish a baseline plan for energy, hydration and recovery. Here, I’ll take the guess work out of how much and when to eat.

  2. Fine Tuning & Optimization: You’ll implement the personalized fueling strategies learned, dial-in race day nutrition, hydration and learn carb loading practices. We’ll adapt and adjust (flexibilty!) nutrient timing to maximize energy and recovery.

  3. Peak Performance & Execution: You’ll simulate race day fueling in training, trouble shoot GI issues, fine tune last minute strategies and ensure confidence and readiness.

    Together, we'll create a flexible and sustainable nutrition plan for your next PR!
